Anyone who knows me, please let me know what you think about this and let this artist know what you think as I am now blocked from her page after trying to resolve this peacefully over notes.

If you recognize the line arts let her know and let the artist know.

I thank you for all the complements and your admiration of my character design and name. Please do not take this personally, but I hold that name and the character very close to me. I came up with that name personally and it has a very high personal value to myself. I don't know if you know what being Therian means but Tozame is me as much as my real name is. We are one in the same not just a made up character. I feel very strongly against anyone other than myself using it or my character design. Please as an artist to another artist, discontinue the use of it and the character design. As for the Celest name please get into contact with my mate about her feelings about this.

I'm keeping the design since my boyfriend Chad likes it and has already used it on a RP forum he cant leve.
Im using Celestes character but different (i added wings) on Chads RP too. I hope u guys don't care its only for that.

It is similar to Native American spirit animal beliefs, but in no way the same. Regarding the RP he can always change the character. If this bothers you so much I will post in the RP thread myself saying why it is being changed, just give me the link. Besides it's just an RP people start new ones everyday and you should have your own character of your own creation from scratch. Just because you like a character design does not mean you can just use it for whatever. Artists put a lot of time and effort into their characters, and there is a reason why everything posted has a copyright underneath of it to that specific artist.
Trust me that your boyfriend will enjoy having a character that he made himself and he can claim as his own rather than using someone else's character.
I am asking you to respect my wishes as an artist as I was never forced to post anything online. Artist post artwork for others to enjoy, not for others to use at their own discretion. If they want you to use it for whatever you want they will say so, as in "Hey this is just a generic character feel free to use him/her." If everyone did this we would not have any art to enjoy as no one will continue to post for fear of having their "identities", or creations stolen.
As for Celest's name it's different that's why I asked you to talk to her about it I didn't say there was anything wrong with it. As for her character there is a problem there as she has wings on Celest already, and you need to talk to her about that.
